He also gave the highlights of the OxygenOS 4.0 builds based on Nougat.

Again, the OTA update is rolling out to a few today, a few tomorrow and then should steadily increase each day until everyone who owns the device has it. Most owners of the OnePlus 3 or 3T have used the Opera VPN and set countries like Canada, Germany to get the OTA update on their phones. The Nougat update is of size 1 GB more or less.
